How do i properly trim the wick of my candle?
To ensure a clean and even burn, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use. This prevents soot build up and helps the candle burn more evenly.
Why is it important to trim the wick?
Trimming the wick prevents excessive smoke and soot, minimises flickering and helps yoru candle burn more efficiently. It also extends the life of your candle.
How do I get the most out of my soy wax candle?
To maximise the burn time, allow the candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the entire surface of the jar. This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of the candle.
How long should I let my candle burn each time?
For the best performance, let your candle burn for 1 to 3 hours at a time. This allows the wax to melt evently and helps provent the candle from burning out.
Can I re-use the candle jar after the wax is gone?
Yes, you can! Once the candle is finished, clean the jar with warm soapy water and remove any leftover wax. The jar can then be repurposed for storage of as decorative piece. However, please do not use the jar for storing food substances.
What should I do if the candle starts to smoke?
If your candle begins to skoke, it may be due to a with that is too long. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch and relight the candle. Ensure the candle is not in a drafty ara, which can also cause the candle to smoke.

If your candle burns unevenly, it may have needed a longer initial burn time to melt the wax evenly to the edges of the jar. Next time, ensure that the wick is trimmed and the candle is placed on a level surface and burn for at least 2 hours or until the wax has reached the edges of the jar.
